Hon.Comrade Jacob Tope was born in Ondo state and bred in Ososo. He attended Egbetua primary school before he proceeded to Emmanuel Secondary where he got his junior WAEC and therefore proceeded to Ososo grammar school in Akoko Edo local government where he got his West Africa examination council certificate,WAEC.
Hon. Comr.Jacob Tope Obtained a National diploma and Higher National Diploma (HND) from Federal polytechnic Auchi,where he studied Banking and finance and graduated with upper credit in both certificate respectively. He was first appointed by the Edo state government as Special Assistant to His Excellency,Governor Godwin Obaseki.
Presently,Hon. Comrade Jacob Tope is the councilor representing the people of Ward 10,Ososo,Akoko Edo local government council and the Deputy leader Akoko Edo legislative council.
